Cream puff, made with pâte à choux, is one of the rudiments in French pastry and easily the hardest to master.  We will detail about ingredient interactions and together give the classic a facelift, pipe and bake the Black Swans that are filled with light sesame chantilly.  It is as delicious as it is dramatic.

Often misunderstood as finicky, macarons are actually easy to make.  Learn from our expert the key points and the hoaxes that surround macaron making -- success is guaranteed.  In our ongoing class to demystify the Parisian snack, we switch up the fillings every now and then, so the dozen or so macarons and skills you bring home would be different by the season.
