Oriental Cuisine

As diverse as Toronto is, our cooking classes encompass cuisines from across Asia.  We cook from scratch, and teach in detail about culture-specific ingredients, tools and culinary rationales.  Japanese kaiseki, Thai street food, Vietnamese pho, Hong Kong family cooking, or whatever pleases you, whether exotic or nostalgic.
