  • Taste is paramount.  Spreading the experience of good taste through lessons that emphasize on hands-on techniques and the use of top quality ingredients and tools in turn refines of our foodscape.

Bringing in world class teachers, global trends, and international ingredients that are otherwise hard to reach here in Markham also in turn brings better taste for all.

    We are here, committed thus.

  • Classes do not have a set date until someone signs up!  We currently run on an "Open Calendar" format, where you can:

    1) Pick your interested class

    2) Book your preferred time slot

    3) Class commences once it meets the minimum students to run.

  • There is!  Our minimum number of students for a class to run is mostly 3 at the moment (unless otherwise noted).

Please refer to each class for their number of minimum to run. Invite your friend now so your class is confirmed!

  • We will notify you by email or phone once a class is confirmed, meaning that there have been enough people signed up for it.

The cut-off time is 72 hours before the scheduled time.  Please ensure the contact information you provide is correct.

  • We are required to charge an additional 13% HST to all classes for our government.

  • You have many ways to save for classes.

For some individual classes, you may have the option to "buddy up" – where you sign up with a buddy and work together with one set of materials.  The second person will only be charged half of the class fee.  For example, for a class of $169, the second person will only be charged $169 x 50% = $84.5.

Alternatively you can also check out Prepaid Points, where you get the best savings for individual classes!

We occasionally have early bird offers for “Feature Classes” and Courses, please sign up for newsletter or follow us on social media to take advantage of that.

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.  We welcome payment in person by cash, credit card, debit card, or using our gift certificate.

For Prepaid Points, you can purchase directly here on the website.

  • Refund cannot be issued for any class registration; however, studio credit will be issued when a cancellation notice is provided by telephone or email, or in person, at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the registered class.
