March in much of the northern hemisphere signifies the arrival of spring, but it seldom is the case for Toronto, where snowfall is considered normal in April.  Strangely, global warming brings upon us an early spring this year -- snow melts, geese returns.  Yet the yearning of an appropriate winter still lingers.

Refreshing and aromatic, citrus fruits are at their best during winter.  We chose lime with its lively green zest and used a carefully prepared mousseline cream as its vehicle, bringing the unique aroma into the macaron shells.  Fresh, juicy raspberries surround and fill the cake, much like red flowers on a patch of new grown grass.

For your lingering gustatory enjoyment, such is our March feature.

  • Pick-up is available between Tuesday and Saturday, from 11AM to 6PM.  Outside of the hours, we will try to arrange special pick-up appointments if possible.
