Junichi Mitsubori North American Tour 2019
Gusta Haus of Sugar Arts was the international liaison organizing the North American tour in 2018 and 2019 for Junichi Mitsubori, a world-renowned master in Japanese sweets (i.e., wagashi). Recently in May and June 2019, performances and masterclasses were held in New York City, Vancouver, and Toronto with organizations such as Asia Society, Consulates-General, Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre, and Japan Foundation.
