For one day only, Chef Michael Kwan, founder of ONSU London, and former Executive Pastry Chef at The Dorchester, will be joining us at Gusta for a special pop-up featuring his contemporary signature pastries.

Known for refined execution, thoughtful flavour combinations, and a balance of Asian cultural influences with European techniques, Chef Michael’s work has made ONSU quickly become one of London’s standout contemporary bakeries.

This September, he brings his pastries to Toronto for the first time, created with the same attention to detail, structure, and elegant presentation that define his work at ONSU.
